Vista Pro's Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work: Always have and always will. On home remodeling, bathroom or kitchen renovation, exterior and interior painting, and landscaping and hardscaping services, we guarantee that our labor does not result in a defective outcome over a specified period of time. In the case of countertop and cabinet installation, this period would be 24 months (labor only). When using our preferred grout and silicon sealant products for your tub, shower, or sinks, we also warranty our work for 24 months.

The warranty covers:

• Faulty installation
• Defects resulting from improper construction methods
• Substandard craftsmanship
• Substandard fit and finish

Vista Pro’s warranty does not cover:

• Problems arising from the materials or products used, not the installation
• Issues caused by natural disasters, lack of maintenance, or client negligence or abuse

The warranty for materials will depend on the individual manufacturer and materials used. Whereas concrete is prone to cracking and cannot be warrantied, many paver manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty. Certain paints and primers (e.g., Cool-Life paints and Sherwin Williams Duration) offer limited lifetime warranties on their products. Roof tile or shingle suppliers often provide lifetime warranties (i.e., for the life of the roof) for defective materials.
