- We’ll schedule a live meeting at your property to evaluate the existing space, make sure there are no obvious challenges to the work, and calculate what, if any, materials will need to be removed before new installation can proceed
- You’ll meet with Vista Pro design professionals to choose building materials and designs for the home improvement project
- Vista Pro will walk you through a computer-generated 3-D rendering of how the project will look when completed
- Vista Pro will provide to you an estimated cost for the project’s completion
- We discuss the anticipated schedule of work and payment terms
- With your approval and downpayment, we will order the materials and begin work. Per state law, that downpayment must be 10% of the total estimate or $1,000, whichever is less
- During construction, you will be kept fully informed about our progress, any questions or any unforeseen issues that may arise during installation, and completion of any benchmarks (including the obtaining of required permits, delivery of key components, etc)
- Once we have completed our work, we will do a walk through with you and if necessary, resolve any issues that may not meet with your total, enthusiastic approval!
